Delivery Timeframes

At Gear Junction, we work with both local and international supply partners to bring you innovative products at competitive prices.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product selected and your location within South Africa.

Locally Stocked Products

Estimated delivery: 2 – 5 business days

Standard Delivery Products

Estimated delivery: 5 – 12 business days

Where applicable, estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Please note that all delivery estimates begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.


Multiple Items In One Order

If your order contains products with different delivery times:

  • Items may arrive separately
  • Faster shipping products may be delivered before extended delivery items
  • Additional shipping charges will not apply unless stated at checkout

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver within South Africa only.

International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

We may occasionally offer:

  • Free shipping promotions
  • Reduced delivery offers

Any applicable fees will be shown before payment.

Tracking Information

All orders come with a tracking number.

Tracking details are sent 2 - 3 days after the order is shipped.

Please note: Some orders may ship from different fulfillment centers depending on stock availability.

Order Cancellation

We can only cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase.

If you need to cancel, please get in touch with us immediately at support@gearjunction.co.za or via live chat.

After the 2-hour window, your order may already be processing and we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you notice an error, reply to your confirmation email immediately.

Once the order us processed, we cannot change the address.

Gear Junction  is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages

We are not responsible for packages returned as:

Unclaimed

Refused

Undeliverable

Incorrect address

Insufficient address

Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.

High - Season Delivery Delays

During peak seasons ( October - December), transit times may be longer due to high order volume.
